Waylon knows Brevard County like no other realtor. He helped us sell our old house for top dollar. He even gave us advice on how to make it show better and sell faster. It was under contract in less than a week. He helped us find our dream home, in an area we never thought we could afford. At first sight I knew it was going to be our dream home. We had alot stacked against us. It was a foreclosure property that needed a new roof, and just about everything else we could think of. Others walked away from the house because it quite frankly, smelled horrible. But the house itself was amazing and the location and view spectacular. He walked us through a FHA 201K loan so we could finance the remodel in with our loan. There are more hoops to jump through than with any other type of loan. A week before closing hurricane Matthew hit. Lucky for us the house was untouched, but it had to be reinspected before we could close, pushing our date back. He held our hands through the ups and downs of buying a foreclosure property. Every day I am amazed that we live in a gorgeous three story house with a pool overlooking Honeymoon Lake and with views of the river. From the third floor deck we can see clear across to the other side. Buying this home has turned out to be a wonderful investment as well, as it is currently valued at nearly double what we paid.
