Warren went above and beyond in his duties in the sale of our home. The buyer was consistently late on reviewing and submitting paperwork causing great delays in the closing process. Warren remained calm and delivered the closing on our end on time. even though the buyer was 9 days late getting loan approval. Warren even went back to our house to cover a septic access point after the inspection.
