This was a particularly hard transaction for me at a very difficult time. It was emontionally hard as it was my sister's house who is in long term care with dementia. Many memories tied to that house. I still visit and help care for her 3-4 times per week at her new "place". I am self employed and was in the middle of a major deal when her house became ready to sell. 40 years of "stuff" had to be removed in addition to all the duties of a POA and Trustee. Stress level was through the roof. Warren picked up on all that and went above and beyond to help me. He made calls on my behlaf and arranged septic repairs and made contacts with other service providers as needed to get this house ready. He interacted with buyers side frequently, and it was frequent!! He had my best interests (actually my sisters) at heart throughout the process and truly helped in ways I had not expected him too. He was good "counsel". He earned his money on this one for sure. He has the years in the business to know his business well. I would never use anyone else.
