Wanda went way over & above expectations as our family went through the difficult & sad process of selling our dad's home shortly after he passed away. I'm very grateful for all the help & especially her encouragement as I tread unknown waters. Selling the house was not the only issue surrounding us. Since I don't live in California there was a double handicap when I returned home about a month prior to the house being sold & the process continued long distance. Inside, I was hesitant, but Wanda assured me this happened frequently & that was just what I needed to hear at the time. This was my first experience selling a house & I admit I did not know what to expect. But I certainly did not expect the level of assistance Wanda provided during the entire process. She followed through with gentle guidance, support & an expert level of knowledge - even helping with hands on coordination of repairs & so much more. I was kept abreast of each & every step along the way. I cannot recommend her enough.
