So pleased! Wanda is knowledgeable with a network of connections & a understanding of the local market. Days on the market was 1.5 days & I got 2.5% over list price. Wanda's insight was excellent & provided me with a technical worksheet comparing the multiple (5) offers - all over list price. I'm impressed with her honesty, integrity, attention to detail & communication skills.
Wanda was great to work with. Living overseas, we were worried the house selling process would be painful but Wanda made it extremely easy and was great responding to emails despite the huge time difference. She was open and always gave her us professional opinion when asked.
Wanda's market knowledge is very good and she kept me well informed through a difficult closing.
