Wanda and her associates (Brinlin and Haley) were so very helpful during the entire selling process. The decision to put our condo on the market was made very quickly, and right before the Holidays (2019). Even though some upgrades to the condo had been made, with the keen eye of Wanda, the condo was updated and styled for optimal showing. Wanda and her associates went above and beyond to have several open houses, and showings at any time to facilitate the sell of the condo. I could not have asked for a better person to work with while trying to sell my home.

Wanda helped us buy our house and 5 years later helped us sell it. She’s amazing! If you want to get a truthful, to the point, go getter realtor-then Wanda is your person. She was knowledgeable and resourceful in dealing with us both when we bought and when we sold. She listened to our desires and worked to find houses that matched them. She did what she said she would do. We loved our house in the Northside of Richmond. We had a hard time leaving but got such a sweet deal even with complications that made selling and moving work for us. Thanks, Wanda, for all your work with us. You’re the best!
