What can I say about Wanda?...This would be a book! Wanda is the sweetest, most professional, go-beyond for her clients, hard-working, diligent, etc., etc. Realtor that I have ever come across. How she came to our employ was beyond our doing, and how she worked for us was beyond anyone else's. Wanda communication skills are unparalleled. She was so personable until you felt that she was selling the house with you. She possesses the patience of Job, the humility of Mother Theresa and the integrity of the most honest person you know! She updated us on everything, let us know when changes were to be made or when things were happening around us in the market. When traction slowed, she came up with unique ways in which to gain footing; majority of the time taking her own time and resources to decorate/stage, reposition, relist, even pray...whatever it took! She was just there! Even her husband Michael was indirectly there! You cant find a better Realtor. No one is going to take or invest the same amount of time or heart into your baby like Wanda! We loved her so much she just stayed on to help us find a home as well! Im sure I am forgetting to sing her praises about other things but you get the gist?
