VERY Attentive and Professional
Walter brought in specialists like photography, inspections, appraisals and others that worked seamlessly into the sale of our home which occurred in two days followed by a backup that came a few days later. The first buyer fell through, but the second buyer completed. He was on the spot with advise for us, and provided quick electronic contract amendments, as needed, to complete the process. Response is Walter word. I called him while he was on a short vacation regarding the buyers progress in selling their home and he answered the call.
