I would definitely use Walter again if I had other property in South Lake Tahoe. However, I now live out of state. I will definitely recommend him to friends still in that area. He kept me informed on the market conditions of the area, the traffic, interest and comments made on my property by the viewers and agents that showed it. I was very satisfied with his efforts and result.
