About Walter

I graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Timber Management. I was a Forester and then owned and operated a Charleston bed and breakfast until 1989. I entered Real Estate in 1989. My hobbies are sailing, hiking, and finding rare plants. I am involved in my community; I have been President of Riverland Terrace and Radcliffeborough neighborhoods. I previously served on the Planning and Zoning Committee of the Preservation Society. I have been a licensed REALTOR for 33 years. And practice both residential and commercial real estate. I currently volunteer as crew on South Carolina's Tall Ship, The Spirit of South Carolina.
