Val is the best!!!! I was very happy with everything he did for me when I bought a property, as well as with the tenant he found for me when I decided to rent. He gives excellent advice, so I would listen to him when he makes suggestions! Val goes above and beyond to meet your expectations and requirements. Just to give you an example of a person that he is: as I was getting my place ready to rent my husband and I had a difficulty taking the top off of the light feature to change a bulb. He did it for us prior to a showing, without us even asking!!!! As I already said, Val is the best!
