This was our first time selling a home and Luisa (Wai) was very helpful. She held our hands along the entire process and dealt with all the curve balls and unexpected situations with great professionalism. We sold the house in a relatively slow market successfully.
I've know Luisa for many years and I've done all my real estate transactions with her. She is very fast and always up to date with current market situation She is a fluent Cantonese, English and Spanish speaker I will recommend her blind folded to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent any residential properties Highly recommended
she is great realtor she got my house sold very quick i couldn't believe that fast. great deal
Wai hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
