Forrest attentively listened to me describe my ideal property and price range. He curated properties that fit perfectly. He is always available to answer questions and if he doesn't know the answer he does the research to find the best information. He is knowledgeable about the entire Atlanta Metro and its neighborhoods. His property finance acumen is a plus. Overall, his patience coupled with his professionalism made the homebuying experience a great one from home visits through to closing.

Forrest went above and beyond to help us sell my mom’s house. He was professional, conscientious and mindful of our family’s needs and circumstances. He advised us on how to fix up the house to sell without spending more money than we would get back. Forrest did a great job for me. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my incessant questions. He helped me define my wants and needs and kept close tabs on my favorite properties. His cheerful demeanor made a difficult process fun. After closing, he recommended some great contractors for improvements. I would highly recommend him!!!!

We relied on Forrest to sell our O4W townhouse. We’d moved to Seattle and it gave us great peace of mind to have him arranging and managing contractors (and even taking on handyman tasks himself) in Atlanta to prepare the property for listing. Despite a market slowdown and rising interest rates, we had multiple offers above asking as soon as it hit the market! We dealt with some challenges once under contract but thanks to Forrest’s expertise, made it to the finish line. I’m so glad we had him as our Realtor!
