First let me say that Lavonne knows her stuff. We were in our home in record time from start to finish. My husband and I had all types of questions and no matter what Lavonne had a resolution. We are extremely happy in our home and owe so much of that to Lavaonne and her expertise. If it werent for her, we wouldnt be in our dream home.
While I find the process of locating and purchasing a home both tedious and exhausting, Lavonne is both meticulous and invigorating. Where I was willing to concede, she refused to budge. When I was willing to act on emotion, she was governed by the lethal combination of knowledge+brilliance which i now equals expertise. But ultimately what got my family and I into a better home and a better day to day life was the trust that I developed and she earned. I do not trust easily or often, but I do trust her. Unless she decides to quit her day job and upend Hillary Clinton and become the first female President Of The United States Of America, I would not consider working with another agent. I have already confidently recomdended her to one friend and two coworkers.
Lavonne is a great listener, she understands what you are looking for and will help you find it. She gives great advice but also gives you the time and space to make your decisions. She made this hard and sometimes stressful experience fun.
