My first realtor never seemed to be available when I found a good fit & the houses within my range were going fast. Vivian was spot on whenever I found something I wanted to see. I don’t remember there ever being any miscommunication and she was always on time (a huge problem with my first realtor). We’ve seen up to 5 places in 1 outing. Her knowledge about locations, construction, and costs of needed repairs was enlightning and helped me pick the perfect place on my limited budget. She was always upbeat and honest, and never pushy. She never made me hurry through any of our viewings, she took the time to answer any questions, and followed up without any prompting from me. She knew the right people to prevent lag time in getting an appraiser out, estimates on the cost of a roof, HVAC, etc. It was smooth sailing with Vivian in charge!
