Though we had tried to determine a fair listing price for the property before talking with Vivian, we were off by a significant amount. Vivian was able to get us her listing price plus some more after negotiations. She located the right buyer. Vivian is very conscious of details and of keeping everyone informed about what is happening. One of the sellers lived in New York which presented special issues. Vivian is efficient and does not just simply list a property and wait for responses.

Vivian was amazing!! Whenever we had a question about the contract or the area we were buying in, she always provided us with the information we were requesting. Any time we had a question, she was just a phone call away and she was always prompt returning a text message. She was professional, friendly and more than just a realtor. Vivian helped us to sell a house that was in lamentable cosmetic condition but fairly new. She was SUPER quick to respond and always had somebody to call who could help get the things done that needed doing. We had another house we sold in that same area and I wish I had known about her back then! Honestly, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
