My first realtor never seemed to be available when I found a good fit & the houses within my range were going fast. Vivian was spot on whenever I found something I wanted to see. I don’t remember there ever being any miscommunication and she was always on time (a huge problem with my first realtor). We’ve seen up to 5 places in 1 outing. Her knowledge about locations, construction, and costs of needed repairs was enlightning and helped me pick the perfect place on my limited budget. She was always upbeat and honest, and never pushy. She never made me hurry through any of our viewings, she took the time to answer any questions, and followed up without any prompting from me. She knew the right people to prevent lag time in getting an appraiser out, estimates on the cost of a roof, HVAC, etc. It was smooth sailing with Vivian in charge!

Vivian was the first agent I did an in person interview with and decided that day to sign with her and cancel the remaining. She took the time to sit with me and show me how and why she would price at the price she suggested. She showed me the other comps and how they were like/unlike my property. We came up with what we thought was a fair market value and within the first week we had multiple offers.
