Prior to her success in Florida, Vivian started her real estate career in New York City in 1982, where she started working in residential sales. Vivian quickly transitioned into Industrial sales, and was one of the very few women in that field at the time that sold factories, warehouses and vacant land in NYC. Clients are always pleased to learn Vivian studied Judaica and art back in college, and even is fluent in German and Hebrew. Vivian’s extensive knowledge and experience allow her to handle a wide range of clients and situations. Whether her clients are looking for a home for the very first time, or they’re seasoned investors; Vivian works tirelessly to accommodate all of their needs and exceed their expectations.
