My husband was able to fly down to Florida, since he wanted to be present for the inspection. Shortly after that, Vivian move very quickly and the closing was set to happen within two weeks. Thanks to Vivian, everything went smoothly without any problems, specially since we were already living in Virginia. She is not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
