She maintains multiple industry designations including CRS - Residential Real Estate Council, GRI - Graduate of the Realtors Institute, CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert, SFR - Short Sales Foreclosure Specialist, SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and the Five Star REO Certification.
She is proud to be serving as a Governor for the Residential Board of Miami Association of Realtors. The Miami Association of Realtors serves 50,000+ members making it the largest local Realtor-Association in the United States, providing excellence to the members it serves in training, professionalism and upholding the highest ethical standards.
In 2014, Vivian Macias served as the President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Miami-Dade Chapter, a network of successful REALTORS, advancing women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry and the community.
In addition, she has been a State Director for Florida Realtors Association since 2012. In 2005, Vivian Macias was voted the REALTOR of the Year by the local Board of Realtors.
Vivian Macias earned a Bachelor in Arts from Florida International University in Marketing and Management. She is a native Floridian, who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
