I can't begin to tell you how scared we were to look at a new home. We had dealt with other realtors in the past and nothing panned out. Vivian was different. She was persistent, she never got bothered when we called, she explained the difference between a new build and a resale and she took all of our needs into consideration. Vivian stuck with us throughout the whole buying process and has reached out several times since the move to make sure everything was going well. We saw our house on the 5th of September '26 and closed on the 23rd. She knew I had to go out of town so she made sure I could spend a few nights in our new home before taking my trip.
