I have purchased/sold homes 7 times in 6 different states, so I have seen my share of realtors. I have been very fortunate over the years to have come in contact with strong professionals in this discipline. However, I can tell you that Vita Good is the absolute best. I purchased my home here in Michigan with Vita as my realtor 6 years ago and we just sold that home during the fall of ’22 in a very challenging market from start to closing in just 45-days! Her experience of living in multiple houses, renovating houses, education background, previous work experience makes her a credible and competent real estate agent. There were many things to highlight throughout the process, but one thing that set her apart is that she prioritized my needs rather than her commission. Most agents won't tell you, but they all want to bring you to close and move on. But Vita was extremely patient and even helped me remain patient in this crazy market. I am so glad that we didn't settle for a "ok" house. And of course, she found me an "ideal" house.
