My name is Vision Moncha, I am a Realtor with HomeSmart Realty – Vision Realty Solutions. Every Human being needs a home because it’s the place we should feel most comfortable, happy and safe; I am a person who belief in such values about a home. Finding my first home was a problem because some realtors out there just want to get the deal done and get paid but giving their clients what their hearts desires don’t mean much. Because I have had these issues and know many people out there suffers same problems as me, I decided to become a realtor not only to solve the problem but for the fact that I love to help people achieving their dreams. My first home I sold till this day my clients always calling me to appreciate what I did for them. I make sure I understand perfectly what Mrs. Need in a home and as well what Mr. need in a home. Dough is sometimes different; I find a common ground where the couple are both satisfied and so they bless me with so many thank you notes. I bring into the industry my professional sales experience acquired over many years of practice, working with experts who had built 40 to 50 yeas sales experience which benefitted me through mentorship and perfect ethical sales practice. Also, as a man with family, the experience of finding a suitable home for us has also over the years build and sharpen up my skills to easy understand with a client when they talk about their real estate needs.
