We worked with Vaishali recently for our property search, and while the experience was satisfactory, there were some key areas where improvement is needed: Pros: 1. Responsive to my inquiries and available to schedule property viewings. 2.Knows Cumming/ Duluth market and provided relevant information about the properties we visited. Cons: 1. Communication could have been more proactive at times. There were instances where we had to follow up multiple times for updates. 2. I felt that there was room for improvement in negotiating on my behalf. I believe better negotiation skills could have resulted in a more favorable deal.
