We worked with Vaishali recently for our property search, and while the experience was satisfactory, there were some key areas where improvement is needed: Pros: 1. Responsive to my inquiries and available to schedule property viewings. 2.Knows Cumming/ Duluth market and provided relevant information about the properties we visited. Cons: 1. Communication could have been more proactive at times. There were instances where we had to follow up multiple times for updates. 2. I felt that there was room for improvement in negotiating on my behalf. I believe better negotiation skills could have resulted in a more favorable deal.

Vishali’s information about area, market and pricing have been spot on. What she shared from the tip of her tongue was perfect match for my hours of research (with lot of friends & online resources). I would highly recommend her services for best quality, efficient time management & best outcome.
