A very good sense of home valuation in a crazy seller driven market. Relaxed and observant not pushy. Tips: Ultimately home buying is a very personalized experience so home buyers need to make sure of the inspections and conditions of the home closely. Agent can assist but there is a limit up to which they get involved. For a home above 20 years expect some renovation and repair costs. Bottom Line: I feel comfortable sending my family and friends to Vishal and his team for general and specific Real Estate needs and wants.
