Viri is an amazing agent. She stuck it out with us as we worked through the purchase of our first home, which took about 7 months to close. Viri helped us every step of the way as we waited for the previous owner to get a ruling on a quiet title action. During the process we sold our home in expectation of being able to move in to the new house, only to find out it was further delayed. Viri negotiates with the seller on our behalf so we could move in before close under a rental agreement. Viri helped make sure my pregnant wife and kids had a place to stay while we waited for everything to settle. You can not find a kinder and more dedicated agent.

I absolutely loved working with Viridiana! I was searching for a home from a different state, which comes with its challenges. She made the whole process simple and easy. When I was searching for homes, she worked with me to make a list of options. I came for a visit and she showed me several properties that I wanted to see.
