Viri is an amazing agent. She stuck it out with us as we worked through the purchase of our first home, which took about 7 months to close. Viri helped us every step of the way as we waited for the previous owner to get a ruling on a quiet title action. During the process we sold our home in expectation of being able to move in to the new house, only to find out it was further delayed. Viri negotiates with the seller on our behalf so we could move in before close under a rental agreement. Viri helped make sure my pregnant wife and kids had a place to stay while we waited for everything to settle. You can not find a kinder and more dedicated agent.

I met Viri through my partner, who bought a home in Tucson earlier this summer. After seeing how efficiently and passionately she worked, I referred her to my parents (from Southern California) who were looking to purchase an investment property in the Phoenix area, and choosing to work directly with Viri was a great decision. Within a week of speaking with my father, she coordinated a trip to visit several properties and drove out to Phoenix to meet with us. She was very professional but also very cheerful and fun to work with. It was a pleasure visiting the properties with her, and after my parents placed a bid on one of the condominiums she worked quickly to schedule the inspections and paperwork signings. The sale went through smoothly and closed in less than two weeks, and my family could not be more pleased with the experience.

Everything went smoothly from the very first day she showed me my home to the day we closed.
