I must commend her for also handling tough situations with a great amount of professionalism. She also made all of the paperwork and communication with everyone easy to understand. It was tough understanding some things with no experience in real estate, but Viridiana was able to translate everything for us in a way we could truly understand. Viridian was available when we needed her. I called her up and told her we had 30 days to find a house and she met with us the same day to start looking at properties.
