Viridiana was a pleasure to work with. We had a rather difficult experience with the banking process but Viridiana moved things along nicely and got us to settlement date in a timely manner. I must commend her for also handling tough situations with a great amount of professionalism. She also made all of the paperwork and communication with everyone easy to understand. It was tough understanding some things with no experience in real estate, but Viridiana was able to translate everything for us in a way we could truly understand. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy a house, first time, second time and experienced home buyer as well. We were first time buyers and she has made buying our first home an easy experience. We'll definitely be looking for her when we're in the market for a house again

Viridian was available when we needed her. I called her up and told her we had 30 days to find a house and she met with us the same day to start looking at properties. This was our first home purchase and she was there every step of the way educating us on the process and answering any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants an agent who is friendly, available, and very knowledgeable of the business.
