We were moving to Massachusetts from out of state, and Virginia was a huge help. We had a very wide area where we were looking to buy, anywhere from Plymouth all the way to Newburyport and Virginia was willing to go to any of the properties we wanted to view with no complaints. We came up in January, and unfortunately chose the week of a big storm for our house search. Virginia planned out our days, taking us from one side of Boston to other (in between being snowed in), and we found our perfect house in 3 days and about 12 showings. She did a great job with negotiations, and arranged a quick home inspection for us the day before we were to fly back. In short, she made the entire buying process easy, even from 1500 miles away. She offered help with anything we needed, suggestions for services we needed to find in the area, and she has a great personality and sense of humor. I recommend her very highly to anyone looking for an efficient, hard working, friendly realtor.
