Virginia helped my parents sell the family home they had lived in for 45 years. She expertly and patiently helped them with the challenging process of getting the home ready for sale - helping coordinate my and my brother's efforts as well with de-cluttering, and minor fixes and touch-ups. She knew well the aspects that would most attract buyers and what most to concentrate on in the preparation. Once it came time to sell the home, she hired a professional photographer that displayed the house in its best light and she held various open-houses for the large number of potential buyers that the professional online display attracted. Virginia was expert in negotiating with the buyers to give us a price pretty much what we expected and hoped for, and lead us through all the details of the final process of selling the home.
