Vinicius recommended several upgrades to our home and I took his advise. I recommend you do the same. He can recommend a crew for upgrades to your home. I did use his recommended contractors and they did an amazing job. I not only got the asking price, which I thought was higher than the house would sell for, we got more than 10% over the asking price. All of this was done in the summer. People say the market is slow in the summer but you wouldn't know it by what happened for us. Multiple offers, all over the asking price.
