Vinicius helped us buy our current home in Santa Clara, CA last year off-market with the vision of remodeling it. It was just a simple and fabulous experience working with him and his team. We had seen “Open House, by Vinicius Brasil” signs around our neighborhood for many years. He obviously seemed to be a top realtor in the area. About a year before we were planning to sell, we first met Vinicius at an open house two doors down from our house. He had staged the home nicely and he presented himself with quiet confidence. We asked him if he could come over to look at our hose to see what he thought needed work to get ours ready to sell.
