I met Vinicius and he said we could sell it as is. His team did a thorough inspection report, covering the roof, the house in general and also pest damage. These reports were available during home showings so prospective buyers knew exactly what was right and what needed work for the home. He quickly arranged staging and an open house and the home was sold very quickly. Our first buyers backed out of their offer due to lack of cash, and Vinicius had a second open house and again the house was sold quickly.
