Vince gave us an action plan and listing price on our first meeting. He offered to provide the labor needed make any improvements, repairs, and staging needed to increase the selling price of the house. He worked with us during the time we moved out of the house to the time he was able to list and start working on the house. The first day of the listing he received an "As is" offer and immediately informed us of the offer. We accepted the offer with a very short escrow period. Vince helped us when we had to move our items out and cleaned up the items we did not move.
