He is very knowledgeable about the real estate comps in my area, verbally presenting me with this information and helped guide me into a reasonable asking price. Although my roof was damaged, it was old, so he suggested a new roof, which worked almost instantly, in addition to the new ac we had just put in 12/15....big selling points for the buyer. Home sold within a month at full asking price. Personally, has a great personality, warm, friendly, pleasant, quick responses to questions and concerns. Made me feel that getting my house sold was almost a priority for him. I appreciated his interest, he goes the extra mile!

Customized the experience of finding and showing properties based on input from myself as to what I was looking for in general. As well as the best value, and all around fit for my situation. Every question, or concern that came to mind, he addressed in full detail no matter the time or day of the week. If he wasn't 100 % sure, he researched and was back to me as soon as he knew the answer. To be honest, being a first time homebuyer, I was worried that everyone I would encounter during this process would have their own gains at the forefront. Exactly the opposite with Vincent, Exit Realty, and the partners involved throughout the entire experience. The quality he exerts that I was most appreciative of was his ability to get things done in a timely matter without making me feel like I was being rushed and absolutley no uncertainties. I never had the feeling of just being the next sale with Vincent, more like friends that benefited from each other. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Mr. Esposito and his team that were able to get exactly the home for me and my family.
