Viktoria helped the reviewer sell this property

First time sellers who were deciding on renting or selling when we contacted Paragon Choice Realty

First time sellers who were deciding on renting or selling when we contacted Paragon Choice Realty. Met with Viktoria two days later and were so impressed with her knowledge of the area and market that we took a chance and decided to sell. Best decision we made! Our home had more offers than days on the market, and within 5 days we were under contract and sold within one month for well over listing price. It was a Paragon Choice, indeed!
