It was my first time selling a home and definitely needed the right person to guide me through this anxious process. I was stressing out about listing price, marketing and attracting the right buyer but figured out really quickly that I can trust Victoria because she was working on my house as if it was her own! She went out of her way to take professional photos and wrote captivating description of the property in great detail. Also, she showed creativity by putting together a breathtaking video of the property and even used a drone to fly around the property to give a live experience to the buyer. Victoria gave me right advise, pointed out little things that need to be fixed up. She referred me to a good handyman in order to satisfy home inspection. She is very knowledgeable, good at what she does and very transparent. Victoria is punctual, good in communicating and will protect your interest when negotiating. We are very satisfied with the outcome!
