Smart, Personable and Savvy!!!

My experience with Vikki before, during, and after the purchase of my house has been extraordinary. Her kindness, willingness to go out of her way to accommodate me by meeting people at the house while I am presently living out of state has been very generous and beyond the call of duty. She very humbly said that she will always be my realtor, that she will always be there for me, that our relationship did not end when I bought my house. Speaking of that, I think she surprised the other agent, me and herself when she quickly made an unexpected offer that was not only way under the asking price, but also included property next-door that was not yet on the market. Amazing! I am very grateful for her as a realtor and as a new friend, especially as I will be new to Tennessee.
