Her kindness, willingness to go out of her way to accommodate me by meeting people at the house while I am presently living out of state has been very generous and beyond the call of duty. She very humbly said that she will always be my realtor, that she will always be there for me, that our relationship did not end when I bought my house. Speaking of that, I think she surprised the other agent, me and herself when she quickly made an unexpected offer that was not only way under the asking price, but also included property next-door that was not yet on the market. I was initially against using a realtor but when we decided to finally use one, we went with Vikki. Let me tell you, she was so helpful and knows her stuff. She marketed the house well and did it tastefully. The photos and video were amazing! As simple as signage is, her logo and signs make it look classier than just your regular yard sign I’ve seen used a lot. She and her team greatly helped reduce our stress levels and stayed on top of everything. It’s not easy going through the sale of a home and moving to another state but she made it easier than it would have been - and it wasn’t my first time using a realtor. I highly recommend Vikki and her wonderful team!

Vikki helped us buy our home here in TN when we was ready to buy. She went with us and looked at 7 different house and then helped us with purchasing a house from a FSBO. She made the process so easy and we had no worries. Even after buying our home she could have just stopped there but she was always a phone call away. We had to replace a hot water tank and we had a home warranty and they tried telling us it wasn’t covered at first. I gave her a call and she was able to resolve the problem in no time. She always kept in touch with us the last 2 1/2 years. When we decided we was moving back to be with our family we knew we wanted her to help sell our home she helped us purchase. Not only was we able to sell our home before it went on market we was able to close fast and get what we was asking. She made the whole process easy and answered any questions I had.
