Vida Ash

Vida Ash is simply the best. We have now bought two condos and sold one in seven years, and we could not imagine working with anyone else. Seven years ago, we bought in Fox Hills and Vida spent months showing us around. Now, when we were ready to sell, she handled everything and gave us great advice along the way. Our property sold above asking with three offers in two days. We're buying in Palm Desert, and Vida has made two trips out there so far and we've found the place of our dreams. Thanks Vida!

Full experience was inconsistent when it came to the purchase of a new home. Ordered inspections even after contingencies were already removed and was not kept abreast of verbiage in a contract even after the fact. Failed to help us at the end and instead encouraged us to speak with the listing agent directly regarding our issues as opposed to going through her for full support, which I found unprofessional. The process started out well, but it was not consistent through to the end.

Vida was there every step of the way. In this sellers market, it was not easy to get the condo we liked. She always accepted and encouraged me/my daughter to move forward until one day we found the right property for us. Also she was helpful during escrow and even after the escrow closed. I highly recommend her.
