Victoria was able to find houses in our price range and show them to us quickly. She was able to answer most all our questions, and if she didn't know, she knew how to find the answer in a timely manner. Victoria was also able to provide contact names for a few small fixer upper jobs that needed to be done. We enjoyed working with her.
Victoria was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, creative and easy to work with in the sale of our first home! She took the time to gather the comps in the area(along with local schools, restaurants, and things to do), had a professional photographer take photos/videos(and drone footage) of our home and neighborhood, and setup viewings around our schedule. She was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Basically, Victoria made this “process” a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend her!!!
