They got an offer for our house in just a few days that was over our asking price. This was due in no small part to them knowing just what to do to get the house ready for market. Once we were in contract, Vicky was johnny-on-the-spot dealing with the buyer's agent and the lender. She pressed to stay on the timeline and keep moving towards an on-time close. Our house listed the day before the COVID-19 lockdown went into effect. Soon after, the California Realtors Association banned all open houses and individual showings by realtors. In the midst of these disastrous circumstances, Victoria and Ryan persisted in effective marketing of our property, resulting in several favorable offers. They worked cooperatively with the buyer’s agent to resolve minor concerns, and even went so far as to help us find homes for furnishings we were unable to take with us. This last matter turned out to be critical as we were unable to make donations to Goodwill since the organization had closed for the lockdown.
