Vicky since the beginning she helped us, we were out of state so doing most of the things we asked her and my sister helped. But Vicky, looked for houses with our requests. Also suggested a few that we would like within the budget. She went to different towns looking for us, and I’m sure that it was not easy but she did. She got things done very fast and if we had a question and she didn’t know the answer she would get it in less than a week and get it to us. She would take pictures and videos each week. She was with us at each step helping us and even late at night when we emailed she answer the email with a call and helped us fix whatever it was. At all of this she always was very professional, she knows about where you should go, or even when my construction manager was saying something wrong she corrected him. She was very sweet, calm never lost her temper at all, cordial and professional.
