Victoria guided me through the process of selling my previous home to purchasing my current home. When a prospective buyer was interested in purchasing my previous home, she was available at short notice to show it, or would call me during off-hours on weekend nights indicating another buyer / agent would like to show the following morning. She was always available but didn’t pester me. When the sale of my home was under contract with a short closing period, 21-days, she didn’t overburden me by showing homes that didn’t meet my criteria and I was able to find my current home within that 21-day period. Once I had my current home under contract, she insured the two title companies were communicating with another to make the two closings as seamless as possible. I would recommend Victoria.
