Victoria kept us appropriately aware of the status of the process. When I needed extra explanation, she patiently and thoroughly helped me understand what was happening, what was not happening and how the road ahead looked. She was informed and personable, timely and professional...serious, but also good for a laugh at the appropriate times. Working with her, we were always aware that our interests were taken into consideration and anything we needed to know about was communicated while at the same time easing us around some discomforting moments in our several month relationship. Selling a house and moving is a scary and upsetting experience. Her attention to detail, willingness to explain and re-explain to make sure we understood was professional, of course, but also supportive and available at the appropriate times. Her knowledge of real estate processes and functioning and her ability to share just the right amount of information at the appropriate time was a real boon. At no time did we feel under informed or overwhelmed from anything she said or did. The process was a bit of a roller-coaster, yet she remained both a professional and a knowledgeable agent (as well as an open, informed and diligent one. This was our last move (we hope) but if we were to need a realtor in the future, we would contact her before anyone else.

Victoria is wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood that you are looking your dream home. She is a one-stop-shop signed the contract, and plan for moving. I signed the contract around 11 AM and she came back with the offer on my home by 6 PM and was able to sell As-Is without spending a dollar. She showed us the best homes on the market and guide us by discussing the pros and cons of the property and community. Her inspection team is excellent in finding the minor and major issues. on As-Is contract she even gets the things fixed by the owner. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
