Victoria McGuire

I could not say more about Victoria. We are a family serving our country overseas and from soup to nuts she really went out of her way to provide us with the best information and advocate for us. We knew the Tampa, Florida area would be where we relocated but weren't sure of the best areas. She coached us through the various towns and showed us some of the areas. This even involved driving more than one hour to a city far north of Tampa for comparison purposes. She is really a gem. Call her, you won't regret it!

We first "met" Victoria by viewing several of her well-produced YouTube videos on Tampa properties. My wife and I set up a Zoom (from New York) to discuss our new build dream home. Subsequently, I flew to Tampa where Victoria spent two days showing me properties that were all very close to what I was looking for. The properties were quite distant from each other which gave me a chance to really get to know this wonderful lady and to discuss Tampa lifestyle. There was zero pressure at each site and Victoria acted on my behalf when speaking with the on-site realtors (which was very helpful to me!) She really knew what I was looking for at the first walk through and didn't waste my time ever; every place was "in the ballpark." I flew home to Long Island, discussed the options (location, amenities, size, etc.) with my wife, called Victoria, put a bid in immediately, got the site and built a house. Whew! She was in constant communication with us in New York throughout the entire build and was there with us for inspections, walkthroughs and of course, the closing. Victoria McGuire is a uniquely gifted realtor and now she is our friend. Oh..... she drives a really cool red car too! Thank you Victoria, you rock!

She knows the good and bad areas of all the neighborhoods, she was very responsive to all my texts, emails and calls. She made the process of buying a house very easy to understand and pain free. She even saved me a bunch of money by advising me not to over pay on a house when I submitted my offer.
