My husband and I started our realtor search by interviewing several realtors to find someone we felt comfortable with. Victoria was our last interview and we walked away immediately both knowing that we wanted to work with her. Victoria's knowledge of the market, data-driven decision points, and friendly demeanor all made us very comfortable with her. As first time homebuyers she took the time to make sure we really understood each step of the process, even before we had officially signed on to work with her. We went with Victoria to look at 4 houses in total - we felt that she gave great feedback on homes regarding their re-sale value, potential maintenance issues, and general knowledge of construction quality. She was very thoughtful about how each house would or would not fit what we were looking for. She never pressured us about any of the houses we looked at, even when we took a few months break from house buying. She was immediately available when we decided to start again, and super helpful in figuring out the amount to offer on our house (she actually talked us out of way overbidding on the house we ultimately put in an offer for and saved us a bunch of money!) Working with Victoria we ended up getting the first house we put an offer in on, and everything went really smoothly! We used her contacts each step of the way, and everyone (lender, inspector, pipe inspection) was professional, and did a great job. If we buy another home we would definitely work with Victoria again, and in fact I've already recommended her to a few of our friends! Especially in the current housing market, having someone we could trust was so important! We highly HIGHLY recommend Victoria!
