I had an amazing experience with Victoria Macaskill. I am a first time home buyer, and I was buying from another state with a weekend to look at houses. Victoria listened to my requests and set up an online search so I could narrow down the houses prior to my visit. She had arranged to view all the houses in one day, allowing for time over the rest of the weekend to look at ones we had an interest in! She also provided me with great information on the generals of buying houses, which I appreciated because I felt very very overwhelmed! Once we found a place, I felt like she really had my best interest in mind, from making an offer, to objections following inspection, to communicating with the sellers, title company etc. I will not go into details but the closing process was pretty terrible due to some incompetencies from my lender. She honestly gave me so much information that they should have been communicating and really felt like a friend (with tons of knowledge and experience) when I was stressed and freaking out, going so far as to check on how I was doing. We closed! And I love the house! I am so glad I went with her as my realtor and I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a house in the Denver area!

My wife and I have hired Victoria twice, once to buy our first home and then to sell that same home 12 years later. In both instances, she was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs.
